Saturday 20th September

Head along to Dearnford Lake for a festival of fine food, arts and crafts. Speciality foods from local food and drink producers, classic car display, hog roast and home-made food, open clay shoot, a demonstration by World Champion wool spinner Sue MacNiven, and much more. Also supporting National Welly Week, raising money for the Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution (RABI) with events including team raft racing, welly wanging and a design-a-welly competition in what promises to be a fun-packed family day.

The annual boat rally will be taking place in Whitchurch on 20th and 21st September. The boat theme is Alice in Wonderland. Hot food will be available, as well as stalls, crafts, a fancy dress competition, a novelty dog show judged by Tom Leonard, live music and much more.
